Job summary

• Penultimate or final year law student
• At least a 2.1 degree in law (or equivalent) with transcript uploaded
• Fluency in English and Putonghua (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Engage in activities to understand Sidley’s work in HK and firmwide
• Conduct research or due diligence under supervision
• Draft memoranda or agreements under guidance
• Meet lawyers from different practice groups and observe client work
