Job summary

Aedas in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Business Development professional to support EOIs, pre-qualification submissions, and tender proposals for local and international opportunities. You will build relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners and help identify new business opportunities.

The role involves coordinating with regional offices across PRC, South East Asia and the Middle East, managing marketing, project and client databases, and supporting market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business development and bid management within architecture, engineering, or design-related industries.
• Strong understanding of the design and construction sector and the project procurement process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of EOIs, pre-qualification submissions, and tender proposals for local and international opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and strategic market initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the firm's marketing, project, and client databases.
• Coordinate closely with regional offices and multidisciplinary teams across PRC, South East Asia and the Middle East.
