Job summary

Aedas Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to support EOIs, pre-qualification submissions, and tender proposals for local and international opportunities.

You will nurture relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with regional offices across PRC, South East Asia and the Middle East to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business development and bid management within architecture, engineering, or design-related industries.
• Strong understanding of the design and construction sector and the project procurement process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A proactive, confident, and relationship-oriented personality with strong presentation skills.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Business Development Assistant.
