Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive Marketing & Business Development professional to support a leading international law firm's capital markets, M&A and corporate practice.

You will coordinate pitches, assist with rankings submissions, and plan client events across APAC. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; a Bachelor Degree in Business or related field is preferred.

• Lead research, compilation, and drafting for top-tier legal rankings (Chambers Asia-Pacific, Legal 500, IFLR1000) and industry awards, liaising with partners and client referees.




• Conduct intelligence tracking on prospective clients, competitive market trends, and regulatory changes to identify cross-selling and strategic business pursuit opportunities.




• Plan and execute client seminars, webinars, industry sponsorships, and client-facing thought leadership to elevate practice group profiles in the region.

skills & experiences required.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related discipline.




• 3–5 years of business development or marketing experience within professional services (international law firms, Big 4, or corporate finance advisory).




• Proven track record in coordinating complex pitches, directory submissions, and client targeting campaigns.




• High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness and project management skills.




• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
