Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Marketing & Business Development specialist to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for BSL solutions. You will create content for social media, support lead generation, client communications and event promotions.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, familiarity with Canva and social platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development or sales.
• Experience with TikTok and/or Xiaohongshu (小紅书) is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Familiar with AI tools for content creation, research and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns for BSL solutions.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Xiaohang Shu (小紅书).
• Monitor engagement, market trends and campaign performance, and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Research and identify potential clients, business partners, brands, IP owners and commercial opportunities.
• Support lead generation, client communication, sales presentations, proposals and follow-up activities.
• Maintain leads, contacts and follow-up activities using ClickUp or other internal tools.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics and short-form videos for campaigns and business activities.
• Support exhibitions, conferences, webinars, business matching and other promotional events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research and keep up with relevant technology, AI, Web3 and digital marketing trends.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing, sales and business development projects as required.
