Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its international banking practice. You will advise lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on cross-border financing transactions.

The successful applicant has HK and/or England admission with 5+ years PQE, strong banking and finance experience, and the ability to manage transactions independently while coordinating with stakeholders across jurisdictions. Fluent English and Mandarin are essential.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and/or England with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong banking and finance experience gained within a leading international law firm.
• Ability to manage transactions independently and lead workstreams.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Advise lenders, borrowers, funds and financial institutions on financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate finance documentation, including facility and intercreditor agreements
• Manage transaction execution and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions
• Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients and external counsel
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management
