Michael Page is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer in Hong Kong. The role focuses on advising lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on financing transactions within a cross-border, internationally oriented practice.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate finance documentation, coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and external counsel.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and/or England with 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong banking and finance experience at an international law firm.
• Ability to manage transactions independently and lead workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Advise lenders, borrowers, funds and financial institutions on financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate finance documentation, including facility and intercreditor agreements.
• Manage transaction execution and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients and external counsel.
• Support business development and contribute to client relationship management.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and/or England with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong banking and finance experience gained within a leading international law firm
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently and lead workstreams
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken
