Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking an FI Business Manager in Global Banking to join the Treasury Department. The role focuses on risk analysis, KYC/CDD for onboarding, and drafting risk-related policies while maintaining regulatory reporting and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economics & Finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years or more in Treasury and Global Banking.
• Familiar with HKMA regulatory framework in Treasury and Global Banking.
• Knowledge of Treasury & Structured Products (Bonds, Futures, IRS, FRA).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Perform risk analysis and monitoring for trading and settlement risks across products (Bonds, Swap, Futures, FRA, Structured Products).
• Perform KYC and CDD for onboarding and identify related business risks.
• Draft risk-related policies and procedures for Treasury Department.
• Maintain up-to-date Risk Framework and set up risk mechanisms to predict indicators.
• Manage the regulatory framework and reporting for HMMA.
• Provide solutions for all levels of risks relating to the Department.
