Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Economics & Finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years or more in Treasury and Global Banking.
• Familiar with HKMA regulatory framework in Treasury and Global Banking.
• Knowledge of Treasury & Structured Products (Bonds, Futures, IRS, FRA).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Aufgaben

• Perform risk analysis and monitoring for trading and settlement risks across products (Bonds, Swap, Futures, FRA, Structured Products).
• Perform KYC and CDD for onboarding and identify related business risks.
• Draft risk-related policies and procedures for Treasury Department.
• Maintain up-to-date Risk Framework and set up risk mechanisms to predict indicators.
• Manage the regulatory framework and reporting for HMMA.
• Provide solutions for all levels of risks relating to the Department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various types of risk analysis and monitoringfor all related transactions in the Department, such as trading & settlementrisks for all kinds of products, e.g. Bonds, Swap, Futures, Forward RateAgreement and Structured Products
• Perform KYCand CDD for on-boarding and identify related Business Risks
• Draft all kinds of risk-related policies& procedures for Treasury Department
• Maintain up-to-date Risk Framework and set upRisk Mechanism to predict risk indicators and prevent potential risk
• Manage the regulatory framework and generalregulatory reporting for HMMA
• Provide solutions for all level of risksrelating to the Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or abovein Economics &Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 to 5 years orabove relevant working experience in Treasury and Global Banking
• Familiarized with HKMA’s regulatory framework in Treasuryand Global Banking
