Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in Securities, or in corporate financing or banking.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to and work closely with senior treasury manager for supporting financing operations.
• Maintain the relationship with commercial banks, investment banks and other financial institutions.
• Responsible for banking liaison, agreement negotiation and completing documentation for bank loan, bond, and ISDA documents.
• Establish and improve management regime, fund transfer pricing, liquidity management and financial information systems.
• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports and analysis for management review.
