HR Plus is partnering with an esteemed client in Hong Kong to recruit a Business Risk & Compliance Assistant Manager for the Finance team. The role spans control & compliance, risk management, corporate insurance, treasury and special finance projects to broaden financial acumen and potential leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/BBA; CPA qualification is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury, internal control and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HK & Macau regulatory requirements and internal control framework.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate, review and update policies & procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with investigation on potential non-compliance issues and whistle-blowing cases.
• Liaise with Group Audit & Risk Management; maintain the corporate risk register.
• Handle corporate insurance renewals and updates; coordinate stock counts and fixed assets reviews.
• Lead treasury activities including cash flow projections and facilities management; drive process improvements and system implementations.
