You will manage budgets, logistics, and timelines while supporting senior management to maximize client engagement. The role demands strong stakeholder and vendor relationships across local and global contexts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in managing conferences, roadshows, and corporate events in banking and financial services.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and across time zones.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
