Qualifications

• Educational background: open to all majors, with preference for AI/ML or data-related tracks.
• Strong interest in Fintech, securities brokerage, wealth management.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven paid media optimization and budget execution across global channels.
• Drive GenAI workflows for ad creatives and personalization at scale.
• Build and optimize multi-touch attribution models and growth dashboards.
• Run APAC localization experiments considering regulatory and cultural differences.
