Job summary

CBS GLOBAL SERVICES CO · ， LIMITED is seeking a senior AI implementation lead in Hong Kong to drive the Group's AI strategy and rollout across business units. You design tailored AI adoption pathways, train staff, and guide tool selection for Codex, Claude, and Gemini, ensuring sustainable usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information management, digitalization, or related field.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Experience in enterprise digitalization, AI adoption, or internal training is preferred.
• Ability to develop tailored AI productivity solutions for different business functions.
• Proficient in mainstream AI tools and foundational computer skills.
• Ability to independently develop WeChat Mini Programs and perform basic API integrations, cloud development, and debugging.
• Full professional proficiency in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's AI implementation planning across BUs.
• Design each BU adapted AI landing path and iterate standardized AI solutions.
• Deliver AI training and hands-on guidance across all BUs.
• Drive internal adoption of Codex, Claude, and Gemini with training and enablement.
• Prepare bilingual implementation materials and provide updates on AI transformation progress.
• Research, learn, and develop practical AI solutions for technical issues.
• Test and compare Codex, Claude, and Gemini across cost, security, and use-case fit.
• Build and maintain an AI prompt library and SOPs.
