Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a Distribution Strategist - Agency to define and drive the Group-wide agency channel strategy across all markets in Asia. You will coordinate agency, partnership/IFA, and digital solutions strategies while leading recruitment, retention, activation, and productivity initiatives.

The role requires 15+ years in life insurance distribution with a track record of scaling agency growth, KPI design, and senior management reporting for ExCo, Board, and Investor Relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive life insurance distribution experience across Asia.
• Proven senior-executive engagement with C-suite stakeholders and multi-market oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Group-wide agency channel strategy across markets.
• Lead cross-channel coordination between agency, partnerships, and digital solutions.
• Drive annual Business Plan reviews and KPI setting for agency distribution.
• Set STI targets for agency distribution and prepare ExCo/Board materials.
• Develop scalable agency playbooks and ensure market alignment with Group priorities.
