EF Education First in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales and Admissions Consultant to guide students and parents from initial inquiry through departure, specializing in overseas programs. You will lead seasonal staff and contribute to strategic student recruitment.

You will drive enrolments, host events, and coordinate with EF’s global teams to deliver seamless experiences. Fluent Cantonese and English are required; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years in sales or business development preferred (fresh grads welcome).
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• International exposure is an advantage.
• Experience in education or travel industries is a bonus.
• Passion for travel, languages, and cultural exchange.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven.
• Positive, flexible, and a strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve enrolment targets through consultative selling via phone and in-person meetings.
• Meet daily KPIs (calls, appointments, consultations).
• Provide expert advice and support throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate with EF's global academic and operations teams.
• Organize and host events such as seminars and school talks.
• Manage student administration including flights, visas and documentation.
