Job summary

ST Engineering Geo-Insights Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the design and delivery of production-grade AI solutions for geospatial applications. You will architect, develop, and deploy scalable ML systems, collaborating with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI components into end-to-end platforms.

You will own model performance, drive MLOps practices, and mentor engineers across teams while supporting pre- and post-sales activities as required.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of computer science or engineering fundamentals and practical ML experience.
• 5+ years delivering production machine learning solutions.
• Strong fundamentals in ML/DL: model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in PyTorch and OpenCV.
• Experience deploying ML services with API development and containerisation (Docker).
• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and graph databases is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with ownership and ability to mentor across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade ML solutions for geospatial applications.
• Architect scalable ML systems and integrate AI components into end-to-end platforms.
• Own model performance and system reliability with MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with product, business development, and sales to translate objectives into technical requirements and delivery plans.
