Job summary

ST Engineering Geo-Insights Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior / AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of production-grade ML solutions for geospatial applications. You will architect, develop, and deploy scalable systems in collaboration with software engineers and product teams, ensuring model performance and reliability.

You will mentor engineers, drive MLOps practices, and work with business units to translate objectives into technical plans while contributing to pre- and post-sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production ML experience.
• Strong ML/dl foundation with model development and optimization.
• Proficient in Python; experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn and OpenCV.
• Experience with API development (Flask/FastAPI/Node.JS) and Docker.
• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and graphs is a plus.
• Self-motivated with ownership and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade ML for geospatial apps.
• Architect scalable ML systems and integrate AI components into end-to-end platforms.
• Own model performance and system reliability; drive MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and CI.
• Collaborate with product, BD, and sales to translate business goals into technical requirements and plans.
• Mentor engineers and support pre- and post-sales activities.
