Qualifications

• 3+ years in graphic design, visual arts, or motion graphics.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or Figma.
• Deep hands-on experience using generative AI for production workflows (prompt engineering, ControlNet, LoRAs, video-to-video, image-to-video).
• Directing photo/video projects, crafting storyboards, and orchestrating creative campaigns from concept to final cut.
• Strong Web3, AI, and creative technology literacy, including platform trends across social channels.
• Autonomous execution in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

Job description

We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking Multimedia Designer who bridges the gap between traditional design craft and emerging generative technology. In this role, you will direct visual narratives, leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate production, and drive the creative aesthetic across our portfolio of Web3, AI, creative art, and social media products.

You should be comfortable wearing two hats: a hands-on digital artist who crafts compelling visuals and videos, and a creative director who guides visual language, photoshoots, and video concepts from ideation to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative AI & Visual Innovation: Utilize advanced AI creation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, Pika, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.) to rapidly prototype, generate, and refine high-end image and video assets.
• Graphic & Brand Design: Design dynamic visual assets across digital channels, including social media campaigns, Web3/crypto visuals, interactive artwork, pitch decks, branding, and product marketing.
• Photo & Video Direction: Conceptualize, storyboard, and direct photo and video productions—defining art direction, lighting, pacing, moodboards, and narrative flow for both human-led and AI-assisted productions.
• Post-Production & Editing: Perform motion design, compositing, color grading, and video editing to ensure all content meets high-production visual standards.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product leads, creators, marketers, and developers across the Web3, AI, creative tech, and social media ecosystems to translate complex concepts into accessible visual content.
• Creative Experimentation: Stay on the bleeding edge of visual design trends, generative AI models, memes, internet culture, and Web3 visual tropes to keep our brand fresh and culturally relevant.

What We're Looking For

• Portfolio Required: A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, motion/video, creative direction, and practical application of generative AI workflows.
• Core Design Craft: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual arts, or motion graphics with mastery in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or Figma.
• Mastery of Generative AI: Deep, hands-on experience using generative AI for production workflows (prompt engineering, ControlNet, LoRAs, video-to-video, image-to-video, and image synthesis).
• Directing & Storytelling Capability: Proven experience directing photo/video projects, crafting storyboards, and orchestrating creative campaigns from concept to final cut.
• Web3 & Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of the Web3, AI, and creative technology landscape, including visual styles, community dynamics, and platform trends (X/Twitter, Farcaster, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Autonomous Execution: Ability to self-manage, thrive in a fast-paced remote startup environment, and deliver polish under loose guidelines.
