Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in software architecture with 6+ years in AI/ML systems.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and architecture initiatives.
• Strong cloud-native, microservices, containerization and data platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model serving, and generative AI infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise AI technical architecture, including data pipelines, model serving, MLOps platforms, and generative AI infrastructure.
• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and reference architectures for AI/ML systems.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions that are scalable, reliable, cost-efficient, and compliant with responsible AI principles.
• Lead a team of solution architects, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into core platforms and products.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML tools, frameworks, and cloud services; drive proof-of-concepts and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 6 years focused on AI/ML systems.

Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, containerization, and data platforms.

Deep hands‑on experience with MLOps, model serving, vector databases, and LLMOps.

Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and complex architecture initiatives.

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Experience with generative AI, RAG architectures, agentic systems, or large‑scale ML infrastructure is highly desirable.
