Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead Agency Strategy & Operations for a foreign-based insurance group in Hong Kong. You will design and execute the agency strategy to drive sustainable growth, productivity, and professionalism across the distribution force.

Lead a team, partner with senior leaders, govern agency programs, and shape medium- to long-term plans with data‑driven decision making and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years in insurance/financial services or distribution management.
• Experience in strategy, business planning, or operations roles (3–5+ years).
• Exposure to agency/intermediary distribution or sales management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate medium- to long-term agency strategy and projects.
• Translate priorities into initiatives, roadmaps and plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead market and performance analyses and generate insights for action.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly business planning for the agency channel.
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholder alignment and governance.
