Job summary
Techforce Group Limited is seeking an hands-on AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy practical GenAI solutions for business environments in Hong Kong. You will prototype GenAI apps, build RAG solutions and automate workflows across enterprise systems.
Key work includes AI copilots, chatbots, API integrations, and production-grade AI deployments. Strong English communication and experience with cloud AI platforms are highly valued in this role.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
- Experience building AI, GenAI, chatbots or automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration and workflow automation.
- Fluent English communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots and workflow solutions.
- Build GenAI, LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Integrate AI apps with APIs, enterprise systems and databases.
- Develop rapid prototypes, MVPs and production-ready AI solutions.
- Implement workflow automation with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath or similar.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI use cases.
- Participate in Agile delivery and support testing, deployment, and rollout.
- Ensure security, governance and responsible AI best practices.
