You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, APIs, and cloud platforms to drive measurable business impact while advancing the firm's AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software/AI engineering.
• Hands-on with Python, APIs, cloud platforms and system integration.
• Experience building production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, agents.
• Proven ownership of products or platforms from concept to production.
• Strong product mindset balancing user needs, business impact and tech execution.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product delivery from ideation through deployment.
• Enhance the AI roadmap and identify new opportunities independently.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, and workflow automation solutions.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges, prioritise initiatives, and deliver practical solutions.
• Build proof-of-concepts, MVPs, and production-grade AI solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, APIs, workflows, and enterprise platforms.
• Act as product owner for AI initiatives, defining requirements, prioritising delivery, and driving user adoption.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, vendors, and platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish scalable foundations and best practices for future AI development across the firm.
