Job summary

Octopus Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced AI/Software Engineer to deploy AI-assisted coding tools, build MCP platforms, and develop Generative AI applications that integrate with enterprise systems.

You will design AI-enabled workflow automation, implement security and privacy controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions. A bachelor's degree and 5–6 years of software/AI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years software engineering/AI experience with enterprise projects.
• Hands-on AI solution development including Generative AI and RAG.
• Strong API development, system integration and scripting skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI-assisted coding tools to enable secure, efficient app development.
• Build MCP platforms and components for AI, agentic, and automation solutions.
• Develop Generative AI apps that integrate AI into enterprise platforms.
• Design AI-enabled workflow automation using APIs and low-code tools.
• Support testing, rollout, change management and continuous improvement.
• Monitor AI application performance, incidents and governance needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure AI solutions.
