Job summary

Techforce Group Limited is seeking an senior AI Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and platform components across teams in Hong Kong. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and drive end-to-end delivery from design to production support.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software or AI engineering, experience delivering production-grade AI solutions, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Job description

AI Platform Developer | Company Wide AI Enablement

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, services, APIs, and platform components.

Build reusable frameworks, reference implementations, and integrations that accelerate AI adoption across teams.

Drive the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and operational support.

Automate testing, deployment, and operational processes to improve engineering efficiency and reliability.

Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, security, and maintainability.

Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring of junior developers.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or technical delivery, including experience leading technical initiatives or small development teams.

Proven ability to design and deliver production-grade applications, with experience across AI application development, platform engineering, APIs, backend services, and enterprise integrations.

Experience building and deploying GenAI solutions, such as RAG applications, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or related AI-enabled business solutions.

Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, DevOps/DevSecOps, monitoring, and production support.

Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Alibaba AI services, or equivalent technologies.

Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications in cloud, AI, or software engineering technologies.

Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
