Job summary

Santander in Hong Kong seeks an Associate in Global Markets Structuring for Asia Pacific. You will develop, structure and execute FX derivative and structured solutions for corporate clients, working with Sales and Trading to tailor products.

This role demands strong analytical skills, product knowledge and the ability to translate client requirements into practical, commercially viable structures across FX, Rates and other assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Structure and develop customized FX solutions for corporate clients and financial institution clients, and other asset classes when required.
• Perform pricing, risk analysis and financial modelling to support transaction structuring and execution.
• Prepare client presentations, indicative term sheets and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with Quantitative, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support new product development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Global Markets franchise.
