Santander Corporate & Investment Banking’s Financing Group in Asia Pacific is seeking an Analyst/Associate to support growth of its regional financing franchise. You will work across infra/project finance, acquisition/ leveraged finance, real estate and other structured products in a dynamic APAC team.

The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to structure and close transactions across multiple markets in Asia

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking/capital markets, project finance, structured finance or leveraged finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related.
• Strong credit, financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Knowledge of debt/loan capital markets and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal English with collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Originate, structure and execute financing transactions across infra/project finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, real estate, asset finance, syndicated loans, DCM, fund finance, securitization and other structured products.
• Prepare financial analyses, models, credit analysis, rating considerations and scenario analysis.
• Assist with client presentations, market updates, financing proposals, term sheets and internal papers.
• Coordinate due diligence, approvals, documentation and closing activities with internal and external parties.
• Support syndication and DCM execution, monitor market conditions and investor feedback.
• Work with senior members and regional teams to grow Santander’s Financing Group in Asia Pacific.
