Job summary

GF International Investment Management Limited, a Hong Kong affiliate of GF Fund Management, is seeking a Fund Operations Specialist to join our asset management team in Sheung Wan. You will handle trade settlements, intrading account setup, and day-to-day settlement process improvements.

You will perform daily valuations for money market funds, unit trusts, Cayman funds and QFII funds, and manage regulatory reporting including SFC filings, FMCC submissions, and FATCA/CRS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fund operations or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office; programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python) are a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.
