Atlantis Glory Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounting Officer (Fresh Graduates welcome) to join our client in Financial Services. You will ensure timely NAV calculations, process trades, and support month-end and year-end closing with auditors.

The role offers mentorship, on-the-job training, and exposure to various fund structures. Strong Excel/Word skills, fluent English/Cantonese/Mandarin, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome for Accounting Officer role.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Process trades via accounting and custodian systems.
• Set up bank payment instructions for investment and operational needs.
• Coordinate with Transfer Agency Team to ensure capital activities are recorded promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations.
• Reconcile portfolio and cash positions between brokers/custodians and in-house systems.
• Assist with audit-related tasks and respond to auditor enquiries.
• Support preparation of financial statements and liaise with auditors during year-end closing.
• Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
