Job summary

Pando Finance Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations professional to calculate and track fund NAV, ensuring high data accuracy for internal analysis and external distribution.

You will facilitate subscriptions and redemptions, coordinate with transfer agents and custodians, and support fund settlements. The role also involves updating fund materials and managing client fund deposits and transfers, with ad hoc duties for front-office support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of operational experience within asset management, brokerage, or financial services (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Type 1/9 activities will be considered).
• Familiarity with public fund/ETF operations, client fund management, or brokerage settlement workflows is preferred.
• Strong numerical sense with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and track fund NAV with data accuracy for internal analysis and external distribution.
• Facilitate fund subscription and redemption processes with transfer agents, custodians and stakeholders.
• Process fund-related expense settlements, invoice verifications, and trade execution/settlement support.
• Maintain official fund websites, monthly fund fact sheets and other marketing materials.
• Handle client fund deposits/withdrawals, internal fund transfers and client money segregation.
• Perform ad hoc duties and support the front office.
