Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior funds professional to manage inquiries on fund dealing, performance and NAV calculations, while overseeing service provider quality across a multi-fund portfolio.

You will coordinate with auditors, enhance fee and cashflow reporting, participate in due diligence and valuation, and support various strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Around 5 years of substantial multi-disciplinary experience in private equity, venture capital, alternative asset management or global Big 4 audit/accounting firms.
• Experienced in financial auditing, analysis, reporting and taxation of private funds.
• Familiar with business processes and performance indicators of funds, and able to provide inputs for evaluating fund investments; fund operation experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Cooperative, detail-minded, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from internal/external parties related to fund dealing, performance, NAV calculation or related matters.
• Oversee the quality of service from service providers (Fund Administrator, Custodian, Transfer Agency, etc.) and follow up on issues.
• Enhance analytical reviews on fees, expenses, cashflow and fund-related reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and review financial statements for the funds.
• Participate in investment projects execution, including due diligence and valuation participation.
• Support ad-hoc business initiatives as required.
