Job summary

Ten Asset Management Limited seeks a seasoned Fund Compliance Manager to lead our funds' compliance and daily operations. The role requires fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and deep knowledge of SFC regulations across Cayman funds and Hong Kong OFCs.

You will oversee AML/CFT/KYC processes, coordinate with external administrators, custodians, auditors and legal counsels, and drive fund-level compliance workflows while managing day-to-day fund operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in asset management, fund operations, or middle/back-office functions.
• Deep knowledge of SFC regulations (FMCC, FRR, AML/CFT) and fund structures (Cayman SPC/LPs, HK OFCs).
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compliance for diverse fund structures (Cayman SPC/LPs, HK OFCs, LPs, PFMs).
• Review and clear fund documents to ensure alignment with SFC guidelines and international requirements.
• Oversee AML/CFT and KYC procedures for fund onboarding and investor due diligence.
• Coordinate with external fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and legal counsels to manage fund-level compliance workflows.
• Manage daily fund operations and liaise with fund administrators, prime brokers, and other service providers.
