Job summary

Silver Nile Global Investments Corporation Limited in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, invites applications for a Junior Investment Banking AI Analyst / Analyst position in Corporate Finance & AI. The role blends finance, data analytics and AI-enabled workflows to support deal execution and client deliverables.

You will assist with financial modelling, market research, data processing in Excel, and due diligence, delivering insights for portfolio managers and senior bankers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or Data Analytics.
• Relevant experience in fund, asset management, securities or accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and data processing (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Bilingual proficiency with ability to handle English fund documents.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fund operations and investment workflows, including NAV reconciliation and subscriptions/redemptions.
• Handle share registry, investor due diligence (KYC/AML), fund documentation and regulatory filings.
• Provide investment analytics to support portfolio managers.

Job description

Support end-to-end fund operations and investment workflows, including fund accounting and NAV reconciliation, subscription/redemption and share registry, investor due diligence (KYC/AML), fund documentation and regulatory filings, and investment analytics to support portfolio managers.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or Data Analytics

Relevant experience in fund, asset management, securities or accounting

Knowledge of fund operations (NAV, subscription/redemption, OFC/unit trusts), SFC fund regulatory framework and AML/KYC

Proficient in Excel and data processing (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Good bilingual proficiency with ability to handle professional English fund documents

Meticulous with high confidentiality and compliance awareness; able to work independently

Holders of (or applicants for) the SFC Type 9 licence (Asset Management) are preferred

CFA/FRM/ACCA qualification or progress toward one is a plus
