Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a full stack developer in Hong Kong to design, develop and deploy high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot and Vue.js. You will lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance, while promoting AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery and ensure robust performance.

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a full stack developer.
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with other backend frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.

Job Requirements

1. 1-3 years of proven experience as a full stack developer in application development.
2. Degree holder inComputer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates with any of the above degrees are also welcome.
3. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with other backend frameworks is a plus.
4. Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
5. Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.
6. Practical experience with AI-assisted coding / vibe coding workflows and tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
8. Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and basic DevOps practices.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
