Job summary

Taikang Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic full-stack developer to design, build and maintain high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot and Vue.js.

You will own the full software lifecycle from analysis and design to testing and deployment, while promoting AI-assisted development to speed delivery without compromising quality. • 1-3 years of proven experience as a full stack developer in application development.
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates with any of the above degrees are also welcome.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with other backend frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Practice and promote efficient AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and system reliability.
• Drive and lead AI initiatives within the company by identifying opportunities to apply AI and integrating AI solutions into business workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and headquarter on system integration, data flows, and technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and propose practical improvements.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a full stack developer in application development.
