Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a capable full stack developer in Hong Kong to design, develop and maintain high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot and Vue.js. You will lead end-to-end development, from requirement analysis to deployment, while promoting AI-assisted coding to speed delivery and ensure reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suggest practical tech improvements, and stay current with new technologies to drive innovation across systems and data flows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a full stack developer in application development.
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with other backend frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding / vibe coding workflows and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and basic DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
