Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is seeking a university student or recent graduate to join a 3–6 month internship focused on AI agent decision‑quality assurance and continuous improvement for KYC initiatives. The role involves researching statistical methods, building ML models with Python/SQL, and delivering actionable insights in English.

You will work with a team on research, data extraction, and documentation, gaining exposure to a global blockchain ecosystem and a flexible remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a STEM field (CS, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, EE, or related).
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis (pandas, numpy).
• At least one end‑to‑end project with tangible deliverable.
• Strong understanding of statistics / ML fundamentals and evaluation metrics.
• Fluent English reading and writing; all project docs are in English.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot / Cursor / Claude / ChatGPT) on real projects with verification mindset.
• LLM / Prompt Engineering / Agent project experience; SQL data extraction experience.
• Background in financial risk, KYC, compliance, or anti‑fraud.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and conduct research on decision‑quality analysis and continuous improvement.
• Develop and research statistical algorithms and machine learning models; use SQL and Python to validate and build production applications of large language models (LLMs).
• Extract and analyze data to validate hypotheses and deliver quantifiable conclusions with clear implementation directions.
• Assist in producing analytical reports and technical documentation; collaborate with the team to drive project progress.
