Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Fulfillment Project Manager to lead end-to-end DC and logistics initiatives across APAC. You will develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, finance and procurement to deliver on milestones and global objectives.

You will engage with external carriers, optimize routes, and ensure seamless system integration with TMS and WMS. A PM certification and experience in e-commerce logistics are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
  • Strong understanding of APAC supply chain landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English fluency; additional Chinese/Korean/Japanese a plus.
  • PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Experience with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with distribution and logistics program strategy in APAC/EMEA/China is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and align with regional/global logistics objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to meet scope and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, finance and procurement to ensure project delivery.
  • Engage external carriers and logistics providers for seamless integration.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders and carriers, providing status updates and issue resolution.
  • Oversee implementation of new DC/fulfilment capabilities with system integration (TMS/WMS).
  • Work with carriers to optimize routes, service levels and delivery performance.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and identify areas for improvement; ensure SLA compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in multi-carrier operations (delays, capacity, regulatory).
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership with key metrics and deviations from plan.
  • Develop and enhance outbound logistics processes and carrier strategies through tech and data analytics.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives and improve delivery times and service quality across outbound supply chain.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure consistency of multi-carrier program across APAC/EMEA/China; share best practices.

a day in the life

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC

Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure alignment with regional and global logistics objectives.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and stakeholder requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure successful project delivery.

Engage with external carriers and logistics providers to ensure seamless project integration and implementation.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and carriers, providing regular updates on project status and resolving issues as they arise.

Oversee the implementation of new DC and fulfilment capabilities in our supply chain network, ensuring integration with existing systems (such as TMS and WMS).

Work closely with carriers to align on service expectations, optimize routes, and improve delivery performance.

Support performance post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Identify and mitigate risks associated with multi-carrier logistics operations, including delays, capacity issues, and regulatory compliance challenges.

Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and any potential risks or deviations from plan

Experience with 3rd party logistics organizations and project management

Develop and enhance outbound logistics processes and carrier strategies through technology, automation, and data analytics.

Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance service quality for outbound supply chain.

Work with global and regional teams to ensure consistency in the multi-carrier program in EMEA, APAC and China; sharing best practices and lessons learned.

qualifications

At least 5-8 years of Project or Program management experience.

Experience with WMS (Manhattan), Multicarrier Parcel Engine technology solutions (like Nshift, Centiro) and their delivery and operational support are value add

Strong understanding of the APAC supply chain landscape, including regulatory requirements and carrier networks.

Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus).

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.

Preferred familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions.

Preferred experience with distribution and logistics program strategy (in APAC, China or EMEA)
