Job summary

ConnectedGroup in Hong Kong seeks a highly responsive Trading Support Engineer to provide technology support to portfolio managers, traders, analysts, and other investment professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure seamless operation of end-user tech, trading apps, and workplace infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to business-critical users.

Qualifications

4–8 years in IT infrastructure or trading support environments.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Experience with Cloud PC/VDI and remote access technologies.
Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide high-touch technology support to front-office staff including portfolio managers and traders.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with trading applications, market data platforms, desktops, connectivity and peripherals.
Minimise business disruption by delivering timely incident resolution and service requests.
Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand business workflows and tech requirements.
