Qualifikationen

• 3–8 years experience in business analysis, project delivery, trading operations, consulting or trading technology within financial services.
• Understanding of trading workflows and the trade lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and supporting testing activities.

Aufgaben

• Partner with traders, portfolio managers and business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points and define solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with technology teams throughout the development lifecycle to support delivery and issue resolution.
• Support platform migrations, workflow enhancements, onboarding initiatives and trading technology projects.
• Conduct UAT, manage stakeholder communications and track project progress, risks and dependencies.
