Job summary

Major Bank in Hong Kong is seeking IT Business Analysts to support FX and Derivatives projects. You will act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, and you will understand the SDLC and product lifecycle of treasury products.

The role requires gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, coordinating UAT, and driving IT project implementations in a major banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience or knowledge of Treasury Products (FX / Derivatives / Global Markets).
• Familiar with SQL is a big plus.
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Senior Business Analyst candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers.
• Understand SDLC and/or product life cycle of Treasury products.
• Collect and document user requirements.
• Analyze user requirements and propose solutions to business on system operation workflow.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Test.
• Manage and coordinate IT project implementation.
