Job summary

Sanderson-Ikas is seeking a Front Office Software Engineer - eTrading in Hong Kong to join a global financial institution's technology team. You will develop high-performance electronic trading solutions and work with Front Office traders and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on real-time, low-latency applications in FX, Fixed Income, or Equities. You will contribute to design and architecture, collaborate across global teams, and take ownership of key components throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience in C#/.NET.
• Experience in electronic trading or real-time market environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance electronic trading, pricing and execution applications.
• Work with Front Office traders and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Develop real-time, high-performance and low-latency applications.
• Take ownership of key components and contribute to technical design and architecture.
• Work across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing and production support.
• Analyse and resolve production issues in a trading environment.
• Collaborate with global technology and business teams.
• Contribute to improving engineering practices, tooling and platform capabilities.
