Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking an IT Business Analyst for OTC Front Office in a leading investment bank. The role focuses on requirements analysis, solution definition, and end-to-end technology delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will document functional and technical specs, perform impact analyses across trading, risk, market data, and post-trade systems, and collaborate with regional stakeholders. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in technology project delivery in investment banking or capital markets.
• Experience delivering front-office technology initiatives and trading platforms.
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives and Commodities Options preferred.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; able to perform root cause analyses.
• Excellent English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis and solution definition for Commodities Options technology initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional, technical, and system specifications.
• Drive end-to-end technology delivery across multiple workstreams and system components.
• Own functional and technical design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform impact analysis across trading, risk, market data, pricing, and post-trade systems.
• Act as the SME for platform functionality, workflows, and integration architecture.
• Coordinate SIT, release validation, and production rollout activities.
• Collaborate with business users, quantitative teams, risk management, operations, and technology across regions.
