Job summary

PARKnSHOP Supermarket in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Support and Fresh Operations Supervisor to enhance store operations and ensure strong execution of product display, freshness, and sales initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uplift store standards and drive business results.

A typical day includes store visits, evaluating displays, monitoring quality, and optimizing workflows while supporting trading activities and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fresh food categories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits and evaluations to enhance product assortment, freshness standards, and in-store displays to maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor product quality and operational standards, and provide timely feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, review, and optimise operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborates with Trading department to fostering and implementing sales activities effectively.
• Act as the key point of contact among store teams, cross-functional departments, and external vendors.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and maintain documentation to support business decisions.
