Job summary

Marks & Spencer Hong Kong is seeking a capable Retail Supervisor to support store performance and deliver the sales plan. You will help manage costs, ensure brand-aligned layouts and presentation, and foster a safe environment for customers and colleagues.

With at least 2 years of supervisory experience in fashion retail or related sectors, you will translate data into actions, drive productivity and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer service while adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in fashion retail, food or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and translate data into meaningful business information for developing actions.
• Be positive and flexible to cope with constantly changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the sales plan to drive sales performance.
• Cost management.
• Implement layout plan which in line with brand, store presentation, styling and marketing principles.
• Deliver a safe & legal environment for both customers and colleagues.
