Job summary

Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited is seeking an HR and Employee Engagement Executive (Freelance) to support the People Operations and Employee Engagement Team. You will assist with employee lifecycle touchpoints, plan engagement events, and help coordinate staff benefits with external vendors.

Ideal candidates are current undergraduates, with strong English and Cantonese, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduates are welcome.
• Able to work 2 weekdays per week (9:30am - 6:30pm).
• Prior experience in people experience, employee engagement, or vendor management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Co-design and facilitate employee engagement events and activities.
• Assist with vendor negotiations for staff benefits, perks, and wellness programs.
• Oversee administration of people engagement activities.
