Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an FP&A Manager/Assistant Manager for their group finance team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on coordinating budgeting and forecasts, delivering monthly management reports, and providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of FP&A/management reporting experience, CPA or equivalent, and strong analytical and communication skills. Regional exposure and career growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of FP&A/ Management Reporting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
Proficient with financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting across business units.
Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial information.
Drive automation and reporting improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
