Job summary

Miss Amara is seeking a Founder Content Creator (Part-time) in Hong Kong to work with the founder on in-house content. You’ll plan, shoot, and edit for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, spending one day a week with the founder at HQ and in meetings, and the rest of the time planning, editing and reviewing analytics.

You’ll shoot on iPhone, edit with CapCut or similar, craft captions, and track performance metrics to guide what to post next.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form social content for brands or agencies.
• Fluent on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, with trend awareness.
• CapCut or Premiere Pro editing including captions and music selection.
• Strong written English and audience understanding for AU market.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly shoots with Alex and the team.
• Identify moments, meetings and milestones to capture.
• Create simple shoot plans: scenes, shot list, framing and hooks.
• Brief Alex with talking points for natural on-camera delivery.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos on iPhone into platform-native pieces.
• Write first-draft captions for review.
• Track reach, engagement, watch time and shares; share weekly insights.
• Collaborate with marketing to fit broader content calendar.
