Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work in CX Engineering, prototyping Canton Network solutions in client rooms while coordinating with Sales and Solutions Design. You will build live prototypes, discuss architecture with CTOs or heads of engineering, and defend designs under scrutiny with major financial institutions.

The role requires hands-on prototyping of smart contracts and registry apps on Canton and Daml, alongside a strong emphasis on collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

Experience delivering production-grade systems under deal-cycle pressure.
Knowledge and experience with Daml and Canton Network.
Ability to design an architecture live in a room and defend it under questioning.

Responsibilities

Owns the technical narrative for strategic prospective and early-stage clients.
Designs and builds prototype code on Canton and Daml for demos that withstand technical scrutiny.
Partners with client engineering teams to scope proofs-of-concept and pilots across asset tokenization and on-chain use cases.
Translates Canton Network and related concepts for technically proficient and non-technical stakeholders.
Builds reusable prototyping accelerators and demo assets to shorten the path to signed pilots.
