Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a CX Solution Design Lead to guide a focused team of consultants and contribute hands-on to Canton Network implementations. You will bridge client priorities with delivery, drive actionable plans, and mentor team members in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires extensive Agile experience, strong client-relations skills, and knowledge of blockchain applications. A BS/MS in CS is expected, with global offices and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or application development management with hands-on analysis.
• 2+ years in direct people management or team leadership.
• 7+ years in Agile workflows with enterprise software delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day execution of a focused team of CX consultants and solution designers, and manages performance.
• Bridges tactical priorities and front-line client execution, ensuring advisory and software delivery processes are followed.
• Breaks down client priorities into clear goals and actionable delivery plans; manages team capacity.
• Balances direct contribution with people management responsibilities.
• Creates and reviews high-quality business analyses and requirements using UML, user stories, and Gherkin.
• Delivers CX professional services to clients and leads workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives.
• Educates clients and the team about the Canton Network and privacy-enabled blockchains.
• Manages day-to-day client relationships and handles client-facing support.
• Owns project management and Agile governance for active engagements.
• Provides upward feedback to leadership, identifying tactical risks early.
